Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a coming together of all committee members and members to discuss what’s gone well this year and what could have been done better. Notions can be put forward for improvements to make to our systems for the following academic year
Immediately following the AGM. The MASS Awards ceremony is our end of year highlight to reward the student groups and individuals that have worked the hardest and achieved the most. The ceremony is at dinner which then turns into a party afterwards.

The Awards and AGM 2018 will be taking place at the Parcelyard Leicester from 2-6pm. It’ll be a smart casual dress, round tables for each society and a 3-course set menu meal. We have a private function room with stage and projector for the AGM and Awards. Arrival is from 1pm, we will be seated for the AGM from 2pm, food will come out at 3.30pm and the Awards will start when we get around to deserts. At the end of the event guest are welcome to mingle in the venues main bar area.
